Texture, illusion, and the unexpected beauty of controlled chaos.

Named after stalactites, this piece features an acrylic beam coated in layers of hardening resin, creating a glossy, organic drip effect. With an LED strip mounted on top, it appears wet and fluid, despite being solid. Currently a long pendant light, I plan to develop a full series, including smaller hanging variations. It plays with texture, illusion, and the unexpected beauty of controlled chaos.
